Federal Programs
The purpose of the Federal Programs Department is to manage and oversee federally funded educational programs that provide financial assistance and resources to schools. These programs are designed to ensure equity in education, improve student outcomes, and support schools in meeting federal education standards. They are responsible for providing program monitoring, technical assistance, and resources to increase student achievement, assist students in attaining grade-level proficiency, improve the quality and effectiveness of teachers, principals, and other school leaders, as well as ensure that all children have an opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and achieve proficiency on the state's high academic achievement standards.
